It happens when you do a handstand/headstand, or if you try to assum the top of a deadlift position when hanging on a pull bar, or if you use gravity boots or one of those flippy tables.

Is it good for you or bad for you? I hear all sorts of things. Something about lymph flow and blood pooling, I dunno.

Except for headstand, they decompress the neck so that's nice.

Handstand does compress the arms but that doesn't matter, because they naturally are tractioned by their own weight most of the day anyway when you just standing with them at your sides, or when you do chins or whatever.

I hear fears about the eyes, but many think it's a cureall for stuff.

it matters less than anything i can possibly imagine right this second haha

i once puked and all the blood vessels in my eyes burst. i was fine after a coupla weeks.

you could of been doing handstands instead of making this thread.

Lymph goes to your heart. My comment is as relative as your thread. You fail.

Well, if you elevate something above the heart, it has an easier time getting to it. This is true, could have been doing the handstands.

I guess when puking you do get a lot of tension which could purst your eyes. IOP also increases during heavy lifting or when holding your breath.
