It happens when you do a handstand/headstand, or if you try to assum the top of a deadlift position when hanging on a pull bar, or if you use gravity boots or one of those flippy tables.
Is it good for you or bad for you? I hear all sorts of things. Something about lymph flow and blood pooling, I dunno.
Except for headstand, they decompress the neck so that's nice.
Handstand does compress the arms but that doesn't matter, because they naturally are tractioned by their own weight most of the day anyway when you just standing with them at your sides, or when you do chins or whatever.
I hear fears about the eyes, but many think it's a cureall for stuff.
