I have no comment on the fish oil, I just wanted to say that Swanson Brewer's Yeast was quite possibly the most putrid thing I have ever ingested (10x worst than NOW), but it's ok because i'm used to it now.

Mercury poisoning takes time and it builds up in your body. It is also a heavy metal, resulting in toxicity when exposed to it for long periods of time. Salt is a compound that is in your diet naturally and levels of it inside your body fluctuate daily. They may affect a few similar areas of your health but they do so in profoundly different ways.
