say hypothetically im gonna do a form on a hard stage(i think its concrete; if its wood idk). Would it be better to use just "feet" to get better technique and speed or should you use shoes, cuz im not sure if ill fck up my soles or not.

btw i dont have martial arts shoes

actually its only the 540 im doing that im really concerned about cuz i tried it with shoes today in the grass and it sucked

uhh i only train with feet on MA mats not usually outside

Don't wear shoes. Except when practising on concrete... A 540 or two with bare feet on concrete won't hurt you.

Tricks in shoes actually help so many of my tricks haha. They basically do the opposite of weight me down :eh: High5 skilz, for pwning with shoes on haha!

Feiyue shoes would be your best bet. I can do aerials with them and I can't do aerials when Im not wearing them.

Shoes don't affect me. Sometimes, I like tricking with shoes on the grass. I like throwing in breakdancing moves when I trick. I don't know why. But anyhow, breakdancing without shoes looks kind of gayish, so I try to do all that with my ancient pair of sneakers on.
