Hi, just got back from a small tricking session, nothing major tho, 4 people, a few front tucks, from elevation. :D few 540s, b-twist and double legs aerials and some goofing around.
BUT, we lost our energy pretty quick. Got any pointers on how we dont loose/ gain energy so we can trick more and longer? we did not bring anything but water to the session:shocked:
