Hi, just got back from a small tricking session, nothing major tho, 4 people, a few front tucks, from elevation. :D few 540s, b-twist and double legs aerials and some goofing around.
BUT, we lost our energy pretty quick. Got any pointers on how we dont loose/ gain energy so we can trick more and longer? we did not bring anything but water to the session:shocked:

get sleep, eat properly, WATER, recover after sessions

get fitter. I.e. trick more, and stuff.

EDIT:: Don't go too hardout non-stop.

Think of it as an endurance race, like a marathon. Pace yourself.
