I'm guessing you saw that session in Derby I put on youtube? That was 2 weeks after I dislocated my shoulder (again) so I was pretty limited to what I could do without it coming out again!
Now I'm waiting for the letter to come through about surgery, gotta rebuild my socket joint or something like that :/...sucks.
