well i see a lot of people doing this and i was wondering if this is wrong...

when i do btwist my right arms sticks behind on my back.
a friend told me that this slows down your twist ...

like i said

Does your friend know what he's talking about? Probably not!

You don't need to twist faster dang it, it's fine. Your arms need to open up and get behind you if you want to swing into another trick. You can't do a good gainer if your arms are limp or even still wrapped, getting them open and behind you is good for swing throughs.
