Does anybody know if there's a problem with eating the skin on pumpkin? If it has nutritional value, great. If it doesn't, eating it is still more convenient than peeling it off. What I'm concerned about is if there are any negative side effects to eat it after you cook it. Does anybody know? My Google-Fu isn't good enough to figure it out

I doubt there would be any negative side effects. But I'm just speculating.

Just make sure it's clean, pesticides or not. Scrub before boil.
