That's 110lbs right? Maybe you're using very good RoM? Some people's limb leverege makes certain exercises harder for them.

Well my BW is around 70kg, but i havent been doint alot of deadlifts, i have done like what? 2 sets of deadlifts TOTAL in my life :D.. seriously

my bw is around 66kg and i've done a total of 8 sets of deadlifts (over two separate sessions) since two weeks ago and i deadlifted 103kgs for explosive reps (6) by the end of the second session after.
the number of times you have deadlifted in your life should be no excuse for lifting less than your own bodyweight.
My first set of [Romanian] deadlifts I did 225 pounds (about 100 kg) at 150 pounds bodyweight

The first times I did deadlifts I did them so horribly wrong, ha ha, I did 180 kg's with a curved back and thought I was doing great.

Well, i havent accualy tried my BW, i went a go for 100kg but i failed, i couldnt get it all the way up, altho i am going to the gym tomorrow, ill try my BW then, will reply with anwser after that.

Yea close to mine, I started at 235lb at about 154lb bodyweight.

Well.. fuck, i couldnt lift my BW with like 5kg, i suck. Well Just keep strenghtening my back then! :wink:
