I can finally do a cold split!

Well after stretching intensely for the last nine months, i can finally do cold splits! that was a fucking bitch, i think i want to try to eventually get beyond splits now.

The power of the abductors and femoral biceps are very important if you want to do cold split.
Quoting Kurz, if you can rise yourself from the ground (from a split position using only your legs) then you can do cold split.

Unfortunately friction makes this hard, so I'm guessing people practise this in socks, or possibly roller blades.

stretch like 2-3x a day, dont stretch the morning before a trick day it exhuasts the muscle just do a light stretch b4 tricks. hold splits as long as possible, i can do the splits cold to the side and with the front split facing down with the foot in the back too, but its harder to do that in shoes because itll rub on the concrete or tile. stretch the hamstrings by lying on ur back and use a towel to pull the muscle apart, proping your leg up on a high surface and leaning into it to stretch it out.
