o yes, but i mean, the just fact of jumping and kcking weakness the ankle, until it hurts all the time, it´s not a injurie, it´s a common thing that happens, even to marathonist, the anckles become weaker and weaker...but there must be an excersise that helps reducing the damage at long term...uhm...

For once in my life I'm going to, lord forsake, recommend you watch Dogen's Titanium ankle tutorial.

Or, just keep tricking but allow for adequate rest between each session so your ankles fully heal. After they suffer wear and tear, they'll come back stronger of course. That is, if you give them necessary time to heal.

Degeneration comes with overuse. The solution is to manage stress in order to prevent this.

im disappointed in you skilzat hahaha

i recommend brief periods of calf raises, shin raises and theraband usage until you get maximal results. then you're safe until you get weaker again. maintain good ankle flexibility also.

While on the table, you can exert force on the handles to increase the stretch on your whole body, ankles too.

I suggest kicking, kicking can strengtern your ankle, not weaken your anker. When you kick front kick, side kick, back kick, or turning kick. Your leg will definatly get stronger. If you dont beleive me you can go kick a black belt teakwondo( a kicking martial art) person leg. Bam, Their leg are as hard as a steel. This is because they kick everyday. And thier leg are very strong. This is a very true fact.

Damn, i am not lying about this I am a black belt teakwondo master. I got all the experiece about this sport. Kicking can harden your leg. Always do stretching before you kick or do tricking to aviod muscle injuries.

I say treat him seriously even if he is a joke, because that's funny. So yeah, kicking CAN strengthen your leg, but only if it recovers, and only in a preventative measure. It is very intuitive and not generally measured, so controlled progress in strength is hard to mak, it's easier with resistance moves. Kicking to fix injuries is VERY unlikely to help matters.

My point is kicking can make your leg stronger and avoid injuries not fixed injuries.

and compleks' point is that you're completely laughable.

It's better to kick to learn how to kick, and to learn good form with tricks to not get hurt in a trick. Avoiding improper landing so you are not stressed excessively is better than being mega-tough and landing wrong. Load-bearing exercises for the leg are usually more specifically measurable than kicking is for progressive strength increases.
