Does anybody have any suggestion on improving single leg power?
without the use of gym equipment cuz my area doesn't have any:sad:

the best option is to use weights....


you can use single leg hyperextensions and various plyometric workouts to give you a smaller increase in power though. try googling em :good:

thanx but doesn't the single leg hyper extensions requires gym equipment?

it kinda does. you'll need some sort of bench you can hang your body off and someone/something to hold one of your feet down haha.

i realised just the other week that weights are the only way to go mang.
