I got my body fat index thingy taken the other day. I'm 155 pounds, and apparently I'm only 4.5% body fat. Should I be worried? It's kind of weird because a lot of the food I eat is really fatty and stuff, and I make sure to get at least 3 meals a day.

You are not 4.5%

So no, don't be worried.

Yeah you're not 4.5. Bodyfat things tend to be very inaccurate. Plus I've seen you in the past week and you were not in bodybuilding contest shape.

I'm gonna guess calipers.

Trust me mengs I saw him on Tuesday, he's nowhere near 4.5%.

Stupid question but is hydrostatic measurement more accurate than calipers?

what's the average person's compared to a body builders compared to an obese person

Obese people would be somewhere around 30-35% and upwards.
Bodybuilders depends if they are off-season or on-season. Normally they're around 5%BF around contest time or so maybe? The average person would depend on the country. I reckon African countries wouldn't have such a high BF compared with the US or any other European country.
