I landed on my head a few weeks back and it hurt haha
Thing is, it still does hurt.
I heard that you have to wait something stupid like 6 weeks for a neck injury to heal properly.
Is this true??

Visit a chiropractor if the pain doesn't subside (duh); I had a similar problem a few weeks ago.

There is no set time you have to wait. It depends on the nature of the injury, obviously.

Could be a few weeks. Or you could have done serious damage that needs treatment. We don't know, which is why it's important to get it checked out by a professional.

Try alternating R.I.C.E and H.E.A.T?

When you fell on your head, how did your neck respond to the impact? Did it begin to bend as you tipped over, was it already bent on impact? Etc. Knowing the motions might help determine where it is, especially when recollecting to a doctor.

No clue where your 6 weeks figure came from, perhaps that applies to a certain form of neck injury. Like other injuries, neck discomfort might last hours or might never heal in a lifetime without surgery, it really varies depending on how and how bad you hurt it.

if it just pulls head to the left or right, it is mostly minor muscle soarness, goes after a week, but neck is quite serious area and ALWAYS should be checked by a proffesional. Think of it if you have landed on your cock, i am shure as hell we all here would be at doctors first thing if noticed any discomfort or unusual feeling, and especialy pain.

I fell asleep with my head side-flexed and I woke up and it was very stiff which sucked because I had to do stuff and I often hold awkward things using my head and neck.
