I need to lose about 4 kg(9lbs), but my BF% is already too low (5%), so the only healthy option is to loose some lean body weight. The only problem is that I don't really know th best way to do that. Need some guidance.
Burn more energy than you consume in the long term

is there a reason you want to lose 9 pounds? if it's for a weight class at some MA contest or something you can just do some cardio for a week and then dehydrate yourself..you can easily lose 9 pounds in one week like that.... then after the weigh in eat and drink all your weight back without being too bloated...
I dont see any other reasons to lose lean mass other than making a class....

You're probably not at that low of a body fat.
Antoine said it. Lose water weight, there's alot to be taken from there.
It still depends on why you want to lose weight. Any other reason than making a weight class?

Yeah it is for the weight class, but I actually need to loose 12 pounds, so that water trick was already on my plans for loosing about 3 pounds...

That's what I would think. Even if he managed to get down to the weight class, he would be emaciated and weak and in no shape for fighting.
If you make it down to the next lower weight class you will be fighting people around your weight, if you stay where you are, you will be fighting people around your weight. It doesn't sound like you are at the very bottom of your class as is anyway.

If he's the guy in his avatar he better not actually try to lose weight. He's already a skeleton.

It really depends...if he is on a team, the team might need him to be in the weight class that is 12 lbs lower, as in they already have a good fighter at the top of the weight class he is in already.

Training? 1 year and a half.
It's not a matter of being afraid to fight bigger guys, the thing is that with my height I would have better chances on a lower category. That is statistically comproved, since most world champions of that specific weight category have the same size as me.
