these gains are hardly dramatic, juji doesnt lift for bulk he does strenght training to get the max amount of strength for his body weight, he said himself he was going to focus on upper body more now too because before he was basically just squatting and deadlifting... these results are what a human being should expect..

he did go very small for summer 2006. He'd been bigger than that previously, and soon was again afterwards, but he's certainly pretty small in those first pics. Perhaps someone knows his actual weights at the different times. PM him and ask.

i was also wondering this, but i have a new computer (which i first set up on my old monitor) and the graphics card's software (basic crappy one) has the ability to turn the screen brighter than the controls on the actual monitor allow on full, that's all i know haha
