ok, the thing is, I decided to make my weekly training routine. But I have problems in what to put in on tuesdays and thursdays. I have gym session on those 2 days, for 90 minutes each.

Flexibility Training probably wouldn't be neccessary since I stretch before and after the gym session. Maybe some running or thing like that? Or simply, nothing? :worry:

What are you talking about.

That didn't really make any sense to me. You are planning your workout routine, but can't think of what to do on those days?

Give us something to work with.

Posting your entire timetable would help alot.

lol, just take gym sessions into consideration. I mean I have gym session on these two days from about 20.00-22.00. What is the things you can do after and things you wouldn't advise. As I said in the beginning, strecthing would be pointless I think, since I strecth at the gym. Would "stamina" trainings be cool (for example running) or maybe "power" trainings (push ups, weight lifting, etc.)

I intend to workout after I come home (that would be somewhere between 22.00 and midnight).

So, you have a gym session, but plan to workout when you come home after the gym?

Why are you even at the gym to start with? Is it a school thing, or work?

Also, we don't know what you should do at the gym. You haven't even mentioned your goals.

Perhaps you should just take a nap on the incline bench.

Hmm, I just figured it would be self-explanatory I have tricking sessions at the gym. Which means I'll be tricking for 2 hours.

And no, I don't neccessarily intend to workout when I come home, that's why I asked here, if it is ok to do so, or should I just let it go and rest after the tricking sessions. :worry:

Okay, it's starting to make a little more sense.

I would rest after 2 hours of tricking. Do your workout another time, when you aren't going to be tiered.
