Looks like this cockhat bought a workout program for 150£. Like it would hold the "undiscovered secrets" of training. Simon Waterson trains celebs and recently daniel craig for casino royal.
He sold the program, known as "the daniel craig workout", he had put together to this guy. Haha, get a brain moran.

mens' health caters for such a very particular type of gym-goer. You can recognise them right away and they're not a completey shit kind of person to be - tbh they usually end up not completely sucking at the gym and they seem to be kind of light hearted about it all. Office workers that go out drinking with "the lads" and want to lose their gut and get a 6-pack, trying steroids after a couple of years. John Stone looks like one of them.
