As we all know Bruce Lee got an very good body.
I did find some exercises but I cant imagen how to to them

# According to some of Lee's early training notes, his daily abdominal workout included: Waist twists - four sets of 90 repetitions.
# Sit-up twists - four sets of 20 repetitions.
# Leg raises - four sets of 20 repetitions.
# Leaning twists - four sets of 50 repetitions.
# Frog kicks - four sets of 50 repetitions.

Can someone help? And has someone more Workouts from the Legend?

If you want to train endurance then that scheme is ok. Be careful with the twists since they can be detrimental to your spine.

Alright.

1) Bruce Lees physique was nothing special. He simply had very little bodyfat.
2) His workout routines were less than special.
3) You're not Bruce Lee, and unless your goal is to mimic his workouts, then I wouldn't bother researching any further.

You need to set out your own goals, and then plan a routine around those goals. Copying someone else's program isn't going to give you the results you desire.

You can find most of those exercises using google.

I find this thread especially amusing because this guy obviously hasn't had all the Bruce Lee exposure here from past times. I was actually surprised when I entered this thread only to find him serious.

siyar, Bruce Lee was skinny and looked like crap. Grow some muscles, boy.

But maybe if you turn up the flash a bit and get a larger size polo you can finally look like Dracula

This statement is flawed in multiple ways.

I heard Bruce Lee's workout consisted of 40 reps of something called a "chicken head"

If I recall correctly it was performed with one other male partner

Bruce Lee was pretty flexible, he could suck his own wang, which is quite impressive considering that it was about as big as a Tic Tac.

First of all, don't try to find workouts that work magically. Research and read up, then ask questions here if you need help with something.

No good.

What is your current height and weight?

Having a low bodyfat percentage will make muscle appear more defined, but if you don't already have a solid foundation to show off, then you will just look like a starving child.

Your best bet is probably to focus on building up some strength and size with a well rounded weight training program.

My backpack's got jets
I'm Boba the Fett
I bounty hunt for Jabba Hutt to finance my 'Vette

I chill in deep space
A mask is over my face
Well I deliver the prize but I still narrow my eyes
'Cause my time I don't like to waste.

it has to have originated in another country, then made as shitty and quickly as possible, and sold in an american fast food "restaurant".

Apart from the last bit I reckon it applies to alot of foodstuffs you buy in any supermarket in any country. Guess it's a developed-country-loss.

I can sadly say I was like him too at one poin. "If I train like bruce did then I'll be a crazy mother F**ker, and be able to kick like a donkey!" lolz....I was wrong.
Like swartz said, or at least I think it was swartz that said it. Don't copy someone elses workout routine just because everyone's body is different. Certain workouts will work for you and others won't. You need to figure out your own personal workout routine that will work for you, not a workout routine that worked for some other person. Just trying to be a bit helpful. ^_^

Everybody keeps on saying "routine".

Routine is death, it bores and tires the shit out of you, try some variety instead.

Weight loss? Do everything.
Weight gain? Eat and lift everything.

Of course certain obvious rules apply, in weight loss you still have to eat and you can't just decide that "watching anime and eating pocky" is your exercise.
For weight gain you can't just decide that you want to load up on high-fructose-gay-syrup.

Be broad, but also use your head.

EDIT: If you want to be like that fag Bruce Lee then you probably want to lose pretty much all your body fat. So reduce your energy intake and exercise. Don't think of exercise as a downside, exercise is FUN, like most people you probably like bike-riding with your friends or swimming or climbing trees, dancing, fucking around on a trampoline, doing whatever your gay national sport is.

Don't be limited by "jogging", do what you think is fun. I hated sports as a kid and I still think that football and cricket are the gayest but I can still admit that "exercise" rather than "sport" is fun, just find something that suits you.

Bruce Lee didn't just have one routine. He did a bit of everything in a really hardcore way. Read his book, read the book people write about his training (maybe collectively they'll give you half the info) and follow his principles with what we know today.

I'm pretty sure had Bruce lived today, presuming he didn't become a cheeto-addicted NES gamer he'd probably be using all sorts of weird machines and stuff.

Eat Rice all day, and train under 50x gravity => over 9000!!
You also have to be annoyingly gullible and wishywashy, and only show your true power right before you're about to die.
