Note that there is a large lump just before the camels that they take off, if you run at something small like a stool and push off it, the lift you get is quite phenomenal. Although admittedly, this is still badass =]

n as for the poor muscle tone and bf thing, thats pretty bs. a) it depends on the region. b) if u do in fact wanna make such big generalizations, id actually say we tend to have stronger structures, as well more muscle/less fat than say the average american person.
