I've been cursed with being small. I cannot gain weight at all. At the most, if I work out and eat well, I may gain a maximum of 10 pounds of muscle, which only lasts as long as I keep doing so. I keep working out, but i only have the smallest change in size, I just get stronger, which doesn't help. I need to get some meat on my bones! How do you recommend I do so? Or am I just temporarily cursed until my body gets its act together?

I am 16, I am 5'6 and I weigh 110. Help a lean guy out.

Do whatever you were doing when you gained the 10lbs, and keep doing it.

The secret is eating like a horse.

Do you know who or what cursed you? If so, I think the only way to break it is to kill them, and perhaps only in a certain way.

Or try this (http://www.everythingunderthemoon.net/spells/uncrossing_spell.htm) uncrossing spell.

Yellow pages, look up cleric or priest, make sure they are rested and protect them from hobgoblins while they bless you with "weight gain rank 4".

You need to eat more mate.

Might I add that for tricking, getting stronger is a hell of a lot more important than getting more muscle mass. The more power and strength you can gain for the smallest amount of weight, then the better off you are in the air so to speak. I would say you should really experiment with weight training supported by plentiful and solid nutrition. If you are seeing gains in strength, then thumbs up.

All research shows that gaining strength is the key propoenent of mass gain, and will show a significat increase before mass is added. As you excersize, you make new neural connections to your muscles and lose inhibitort reflexes, gaining massive strength with no change in structure. First off, this lets you put up more weight, causing greater hypertrophy in muscles, and second, it also relases important genetic information to the cause the cells to respond to the stress of excersize. Work on getting stronger, and the size will come. Make sure you get enough protein, but more than 100 grams a day for your size will slow you down. Eat complex carbs till it hurts.

EAR more Fat from Chichken or Pork , Fish Oil . Fat that store in your body can easily turn into muscle if you train hard. But dont be too greedy, cause excess can cause bad effect.

Fat into muscle, rofl. I regret trying on this thread. The uncursing spell was hawt though.

And "help a lean guy out"... Lean isn't the problem, don't sugarcoat it, you're Ethopian. Or even...*gasp*... Scottish!

Maybe I'm just living in denial, but I refuse to believe it's so.

TouchÉ. =]

If I've learned anything from CrazyAsian though, it's that Bowflex and Team Ryouko > Genetics.

Check this (http://www.forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=3980303) site, my friend, and you'll know all about bulking. This site has helped me to gain a bit over 40 lbs mass in three years, even though I used to have the same problem that you have now. I'm on steroids btw ^______^ The only good thing in Russia is that steroids are cheaper here than anywhere else.

I liked you better when you just popped in with a ninja "Branleh" and kept your mystique. I imagined you as a whimsical branleh faerie, but the harsh truth is you're a russian steroid-freak.

Branleh for old times' sake?

Food tastes good, I don't understand how people have trouble where they're unable to eat enough or too much of it. I have the opposite problem.
