Juji recommends that relaxive stretches be those that put little weight on the stretched muscles and require the least amount of tension, from his list of stretches, I've got two that suit the bill for the adductors, but not sure which are good relaxive stretches for the hamstrings and hip flexors. Help?

I mean, sitting the in front splits and/or side splits when you're not completely at full range, are not good relaxive stretches?

One method for doing relaxed hamstring stretches is to find a desk or a dresser of some type with a wide flat base to place your foot. This way you can stand comfortably while stretching your hamstring. If you have very flexible hamstrings and can place your foot almost completely vertical you may need a wall or some type of support to hold you up.
As for the hip flexors, the position I use is like this one Juji does.

With this one you can use your front leg to support your weight or you could have some boxes on either side of you to support yourself.

Hamstrings, what about lying on your back and pulling?
The only weight on your leg will be the weight of the leg itself, once you get past the 90 degrees part. Even that can be negated by bearing weight on your arms.
