just bring your arms in tight to your chest when you do any type of spin kick, jump spin kick, or flip

And after seeing several videos with people tricking in locations similar to this one its helping me realize that tricking really is becoming popular worldwide. The further meant of the sport needs to be recognized and people need to start spreading news of it as a sport; not just a hobby.
