HI everybody, this is a short clip on my double leg twist attempt. I know that i need to train alot.. but i need som good adviceses from you guys. What can i make better ? please give me any kind of tip..:juji:

forget about trying this on regular ground, you are punching it too much!:bad: about the doubleleg It would be so much higher if you actually keep your body up (upper body) and focus on your target, you're making it more of a flip, it shoud be more of a kick.

hmm thats kinda strange.. because my regular "double leg" looking quite good, and i can land it esay on "regular" ground .. but when i combinate a d-legg with a twist something is going wrong -.- :/

Don't punch....a doubleleg isn't a sideflip. As shaolin dk said keep your upper body up like a 360 crescent as much as possible. Its pretty much a 360 crescent with two legs.

I did a much better d-leg fulltwist today, to bad my brother still have it in his camera :eh:, but iŽll upload it as soon as possible :) and again thx for all youre advices, iŽve learn much from em. :bandit:

thx dude. from now on, i concentrate on doin my double leg well.. and after that i start twist, because i dont wanna lose hight , and im really proud of my self, because now it both feels and looks good :) tho im not able to do it on regular ground.. yet .. :juji:
