My first gym session practising tricks. I was really sore from a gymnastics seminar on thursday so theres some stuff I didn't put in. Don't laugh at the music because I didn't know what to put so I just chose a random song lol.

your aerials are good, very straight and good just try to push yourself more up than out. Those 540s at the end were good

Thanks. Working on one-legged tricks isn't my best area but I will be doing weight training very soon and will be working alot on the leg strength.

Haha I was about to try a backflip at school but I decided I need more practise doing them myself.

to get hight in your aerial you have to push your arms back or you could also swing your right foot higher before jumping.
keep it up
