Better Than Imageready

Imageready was being a bitch telling me "invalid file type whether it was avi, wmv, mpg or anything so I searched for an alternative.

I found this program, Ulead GIF Animator which has the same functions except 1 awesome extra funtion that (I'm pretty sure) Imageready doesn't have

regardless it is easier to use and install and is smaller

you just enter how many KB you want and it does it, no clipping frames and endless fiddling with 64/32/16/8 modes etc
