Hey,
So I was deadlifting a few weeks back and was pushing the 1RM and clearly went a little too hard and since then have had some pain in my left glute. The pain is dull and the only thing that really triggers it is running with long strides and doing the deadlift motion.
It's not a terrible pain but it's been a few weeks.
Any suggestions or thoughts on what it might be or what I might be able to do about it?
