Instead of just pullups on a climbing frame, here's some cool ideas from some parkour dudes:

That's pretty great sport-specific endurance training. I liked it !

They should come back when they can show handstand staircase walking.

It was a bit dark, and long, but they had some pretty good ideas.

Oh god, those kids need to do some serious pulling. That one kid's winged scapula "bubbling" up and down as he crawled made me cringe.

This is really creative and fun-looking. Those 60ft drops still kill me, to be able to roll like that.

That 60ft drop was fake if you didn't notice... Look at how lightly he lands, if he jumped from 60ft he would be making a much louder smack upon impact.

I pull a lot and I have winged scapulas.. give it to me straight chic, do I have cancer??

on a more serious note, I've gotten used to willingly retract them while at rest, but they've always been the type that really stick out, is that a bad sign? My shoulders still droop forward as well, even though I've worked on everything I could find: Pull>Push, Chest stretching, and Rotator cuff work. Know if I'm missing anything?

Also I say pull>push coz i work for it so much more, what the best way to see if my pulling is truly stronger than my pushing, I know bench is the staple for pushing, but what do I compare it to? Seated Rows, BB rows?
