Self-destruction (not as exciting as it sounds)

I was practising my kicks yesterday,trying to build up flexibility, and I somehow sent a misguided axe kick into my head.:dead: Lol. What a tool.
Anyone ever had any experiences like this? Might be interesting to hear.

uh... When I was practicing outside crescent kick (I still remember, using left leg), my left knee hit my right jaw. My fds kept laughing at me for 3 mins (hopefully only 3 mins).
But it didn't hurt that much.

LOL yea, I was trying really hard one day cause friends were watching one of my classes and during dynamic stretches, one quick front stretch and BOOM knee in the face X_x ya...I just played it off, it was more embarrassing than painful

Hm, I lack the flexibility to pull off an accidental leg hit, but I think I punched myself in the chin once while doing cross-punches during situps.

I remember once at taekwondo classes when I was sparring with a blackbelt (Apparently for practise), he punched my guard, and then I punched myself in the face hard enough to make me dizzy. lol.

Either you mean you hit yourself in the face with your shin or you somehow over extended, snapping your pelvis in half and axed yourself in the back of the head. Either way you are a fool.
