Damn, you just fly around.

But i have a differenst settup. I start with my left legg infront. Then move the right legg forward, then i put my left legg to the side and going in to the gf. It's like at mid version of the to version you shoved :P I was planning to traine more outside now but its snowing so much ;_;

The foot print diagram is awesome. That's really the exact thing I need. I'm still frustrated with my inability to J-step cork, or J-step gainer well. I was on a path to getting a consistent double cork before a J-step cork. Watching the steps seems seems to make more sense this time around, and hopefully it will finally click.

ahh this tutorial is helping me a lot. I would normally take like 5-7 steps for my flash kicks and they became the most inconsistent thing ever. Mainly because my J-step motion would always be different due to so many steps. I tried this way last night and they became much more consistent. Thanks :good:

Haha mate, this tutorial helped me tremendously. I just learned slanted Gflash and was about to train the straight one, and after watching your tutorial, it was so easy to get them. And really special thanks for your J-step instructions, I do it exactly the same way now and it's easy and awesome :wink:

And you have the coolest looking gflashes I have ever seen ! :juji:

sorry you lost me....do you mean to say that you know how to gainer flash but you want to learn the 'gainer switch swing thru gainer flash?' gainer switch is harder then flash but just practice really...dont switch your legs too early, thats one of the biggest problems people have.

Oh snap. The last stuff i wrote din't come up :P Do I have to learn the normal gainer to learn Gainer flash s/t gainer flash?

And my problem on gainer flash s/t is that i loose my rotation when i tries to get the left legg infront. Can try to film the attemps tomorrow.

its hard to tell becaue of the choppy video but from what i can see your gainer flash is nice.

its called a "gainer switch" when you want to swing thru...gainer switch s/t gainer flash. you need to learn how to gainer flash well before you learn to gainer switch because then you'll have more practice doing gainers before you start switching. switching your legs in the air is kinda hard but the hardest part is landing with your arms back behind you ready for your swing thru and with your chest up so its easier to swing thru.
