i'm in the process of learning corks. at the moment i'm kinda using arabians and moonkicks (to me a moonkick is a gainerhook or basically a gainer arabian stepout) although i have some problems doing just a slant gainer flash. quick question, what you called a "pseudo flip", did you then learn a flashed equivalent of that in order to really slant your gainerflash? those things are hard for me too :agony: haha... i always seem to end up doing almost a halftwist stepout (like a moonkick) or just a straight up flashkick. paaain in the ass.

oh and those were some sick cork-gflashes haha

how badly are you injured? did you break a toe or something? :agony:

Okay, The psudo flip. I learned slant gainers like all people did, just by throwing it and hoping it was right. I then met Dan parez and he showed me a psudo flip so I relearned it. The reason why you use a psudo flip is because when you flash a standing psudo flip it goes at a strange 45 axis. When you twist it, you get a slightly inverted corkscrew that lands with your chest up. So when you learn your gainer psudo flashes. do a gainer step (spin, sling shot, j-step, your choice) and then do a standing psudo flip. Then flash it, then gainer flash, its like a step by step process. Dan P is planning on making a psudo flip, gainer and flash tutorial because he understands how to use it better than I do. But when you do a psudo gainer, you dont wanna make it a whole arabian or it wont be good for a corkscrew so make it more like a gainer sideflip with a straight up set. like a standing tuck...does that answer your question or make it more confusing?

I dont know what I did but something popped and I'm having issues walking, so it might be like two weeks before i'm back, sampler two is gonna be on time. I just got like three or four more things to land and I only need my right foot for two of them so I should be good.
