If you guys eat 6-7 meals a day, does each meal you eat, consist of the complete nutritional meal, protein, veggies, carbs/fats? Or do you have snacks and these snacks do they also comply to the standard meal except extra small or are we just talking like a protein bar or 1 or 2 fruits?
My meals are usually just oatmeal and protein, a hot meal or two (chicken, pork, salmon, rice, potatoes, broccoli, something like that) and a couple of shakes around training.

I do things differently. I eat about 6 meals a day. I have 3 main meals which I consider breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast I usually eat oatmeal or a nutritious cold cereal and fresh fruit. For lunch I eat whatever my school forces me to eat, but I try to eat healthy, with fresh fruit and vegetables like celery or carrots. For dinner I eat noodles and meat usually.
Then I have 3 filler meals. The first one is usually a power bar or a bagel. The second meal is usually Chic-Fil-A. I eat this between lunch and dinner. The third meal depends on what im doing. If I have thai boxing, its usually a power bar and Wendy's double cheeseburger and a protein shake because I need a couple hundred calories in my stomach or else afterwards I feel sick as shit. If I Don't have thai boxing its a McDonalds double cheeseburger.
I usually get fast food about 10+ times a week. Lift two times a week, at 6 o clock in the morning. After school I go to sleep then do some form of martial arts....usually boxing, thai boxing, or TSD. So I'm either eating, sleeping, or fighting. I don't study anymore.
I live quite an unhealthy lifestyle. As I type this, I'm finishing up a double cheeseburger and large fries. From mcdonalds. I dont plan to live past 30.
But to answer your question, I kinda consider them full meals, because they are always 300 calories at MINIMUM.

I see, I ask as my current goal is put on weight and I'm finding it difficult to fit all these meals in not through lack of time(well a tad) but by what's avaliable to me from my family's food supply. I do ask my mom to buy such and such for me, but we only have so much money, and I can't change the food habits of my whole family. I'd pay for some of it myself but having trouble getting a job. Nevertheless, I just thought I may be trying to eat too much, and I could substitue some of the meals with small snacks.
However, this could be insufficient for me seing as I believe have a monster metabolism, I can eat 4-5 meals a day, and end up losing weight. Well I am hovering over 65kg bodyweight, seem to be only maintaining it.

Have you tried getting soups and canned fruits? They are always cheap, just make sure you get the LOW SODIUM soups. They cost less than a dollar and if you get low sodium its going to be pretty healthy because most soups (like progresso and stuff) are low in saturated fats anyways. Of course, there are MUCH healthier options, but they are cheap. Each can of low sodium soup is about 150 calories however, so that might be a problem. It will fill you up though. The problem that I have is that I don't have enough time to cook food so I have to pick up fast food on the way to whatever activities i do.

I eat 34 meals a day.
Try eating complex amd carb dense carbs like pasta and rice, and a lot of meat. Up you calorie intake up but not too much, and just experiment with your diet, so you could learn how to manipulate your weight through dieting, an art

When you do have time, maybe before bed, cook the food up for the next day, and heat it later or something.

Yeah, fixed :good:!
I don't know I just share my grandpas philosophy of eat whatever the fuck you want as long as you get in enough protein and tastes good. A MCD double cheeseburger is 25 grams of protein which is exactly equal to the protein in one scoop of the shitty whey powder that I have. I do stay away from the Mc Fries though because thats the most unhealthiest thing they have there.
Whenever I see old people dependent on walkers and shit I think to myself that we weren't meant to live that long to the point where we are SO physically disabled with age that you need to depend on walking devices.

I eat four to five meals per day and I aim for at least 800 calories in each. I eat indiscriminately. I snack between meals if I have snacks available.

"I have no such word as diet; I eat all."
I think Alexeev said that.

But think about all the other ingredients they put in fast food, a bit of meat with parts on animals no one likes, eyelashes and tails, cook in a tub of lard, and the food pyramid for thatis fat, grease, lard, some more fat and grease. We were meant to live then die, first progress and growth and then regression.
25 grams of protein in a double cheese burger? How many calories are there total then and what's the status on the other macronutrients?

McD's double cheeseburgers have 25 grams of protein each, with 440calories each.
I can get two of them for $2.13, which in case you non-americans didn't know, is pretty goddamn cheap.
That's 880 calories and 50 grams of protein, plus a cup of 2% milk, comes out to a pretty decent meal for me.
EDIT::
each has...
34grams of carbohydrates.
23grams of fat.

I prefer to eat healthy, mc donalds is turd in a box.
Yeah, because McD once in a while ruins your health.
Haha, just because it contains protein doesn't mean it's good for you.

46g of what I'm guessing is a big deal of saturated fat. Do they fill anything? I'm guessing it's not really that nutrient dense either.
But as a quick fill, it's better than nothing.

I find myself agreeing with this.

oh no! :worry::worry::worry:
I find myself agreeing with this.
Which is why hormone therapy seems like a great deal when you actually have to live that long.
