First I will tell, that this Back Handspring is done by Martial Arts style.Normally tricksters dig in this move, but this varitation doesn´t use same kind of setup.

1) Stand neutral
2) Bring your arms down (hands fisted),same time as you go to a "sitting position" (like you would sit in a chair).Keep your back straight!
3) Now jump powerfully backwards at 45 degree angle arching your back and bring your arms up,so that your palms are facing the ground. It´s important that you are keeping your head back, looking up all the time,so you can see the ground when you are coming down.
4) Keep your arms straight when landing,or you may sucsessfully land a painful faceplant!

He was just being sarcastic.

How this ''martial arts styled'' bhs really differs from the gymnastics version? Sounds all the same to me. And for fucks sake, which martial art really teaches backhandsprings? I don't see any point at all in that.

I don't want to be rude or anything, but if you're going to make a tutorial for a move, at least but more details to it and put up some examples. Or you could always make a video tutorial, these text versions without any pictures or anything are quite useless.
