Good start for a btwist. Kick that back leg up more.

Right now it looks like you just whip the back leg (bent) and twist. Back leg should be straighter, and appear to kick upward.

Head level will be tough if you don't have natural jump height.

But your b-twist is already good, if you want to not travel as much and go up, slow down your setup. Well, don't slow it down, but when you dip stop moving forwards, end your forward motion there, but continue to dip. And then when you jump up, just force yourself straight up, instead of outwards and forwards. Slow down your forward traveling momentum.

And also, tell yourself to stay in the same place. Just thinking that along with the other steps helps you do that as well.

Also, when you swing your arms for the twist try pulling back behind you and looking behind you so you don't just jump forwards.

Pretty decent. It looks as if it feels floaty. Just kick your back leg up higher and make sure both legs are straight during the twist. It's most important to keep the leg that kicks up straight. Nice job.

Like I said before. throw your arm up too. Right now you're drilling that arm down, don't. This is how you stall your twist is by jumping up with both your leg and your arm. I found another old vid, but still good for an example.

So you can see that I throw my arm up before wrappin it around my body. Try it. You should see the diff.

For looks it is. Its like keeping your legs straight in an aerial or different kicks.

Doesn't matter ahaha. Noone will care unless you're in a Wushu competition.

Just try to have at least one leg straight.

Just keeping one leg straight is hard enough since a body's natual instinct is to crunch up when in the air.

Haha nice b-twist. It felt pretty fast and it looked pretty decent :good:

Edit: I want to live in Florida too :(

Your B-twist is already good enough, if you wan to improve you have to pratice more.
The more times you do. The better the move works for you.

Not a problem man, I'm glad it helped. Something I stumbled across one day by accident as I reviewed some footage. Hope everything turns out well for you.

i think know what i did wrong. it was the dip i had. i dipped in a u shape, that was the problem. the dip made me go forward so i know that i cant go in a u shape. i kinda figure it out that the dip was supposed to kinda go down and up, like a V shape, not a U shape.
