Hey people, basically i been trying a 180 backflip for a fairly long time now (about 2months) but is it actually that hard or am i just doing crap? havn't really seen any videos of anyone trying them so i'm not sure on a decent technique but i always land with my feet on the grand and one hand down on the floor or somtimes really low and jump back... is it hard..?
if need be i will send in a vid :)

Nope, if you have good standing backflip.
I learned my self arabian by doing first backflip with 1/4 twist(90 degrees)
Good luck!!
Can you do arabians from a roundoff or cartwheel?
If not...learn.
Go straight up, arms up, turn, tuck...tah dah.

Yeah, not much to say except make sure you "set" really high and tuck fast and tight...
Maybe practice standing front tucks to figure out how to get a powerful tuck / forward rotation.
