i stole this from cory brown on myspace and fitted it to me, lol

I strongly believe that tricking can be one of the greatest forms of self expression IF you have the tools with which to express yourself

Now, by tools I mean tricks. An example:

An artist comes to a blank canvas and wishes to draw a valley. In this valley there is a stream running through a forest during autumn when the leaves are all changing to bright colors of red and gold. When the artist starts to paint it all looks good, until he finishes and backs away to view the product.

This is where I am now. I have a vision, but that vision is immediately clouded by another vision then another. So what was supposed to be a valley in the beginning is a abstract design or something like a city.

So right now, my goal is to get the right tricks that have been clouded over by other tricks that randomly come to mind, and once I can do this, the sampler will come.

In other words..i still have a few things that I want to land...and I need to find a decent program that i can work. It's on its way i assure you.

Haha don't let it stress you out too much, I cut and re-cut Act III at least 50 times before I even had all the clips I wanted

As you approach your goals, you'll find you're accomplishing a lot of things you hadn't even planned to. That's when you know the sampler will be truly dope

i'm pretty sure it'll turn out to be like act III with all the cutting and recutting. i just have to find a good program that i can understand (premiere is over my head) before i can get to it too. I also need an extremely large external hard drive also my home computer is packed with something like 90 gigs of tricking stuff..i don't have anymore room, for stuff, lol

Agreed, I need an external as well and to start messing around with some editing software.

Oh, and I think the biggest difference between my myspace bulletin and your thing is that I was more referring to my every day tricking. Like when I have a bad day, there are certain tricks that I want to throw in a certain way to let me express that, but I don't have all of those tricks yet :dead:

I see where you're coming from Rudy, but coming from the side of me that wants to see your sampler, it is also a good idea to put out a sampler before you change/modify your style. especially so people can see your current skill, then be totally exited for and blown away by your next sampler. I am especially interested in seeing your stuff because you are quite sick at both regular and hyper swingthroughs! an epic sampler is an excellent idea also haha!

btw how's your boxcutter?

thanks man, like i said i'm trying to get it out soon, but there are a few things i need to land. then it'll be out :smile:

my boxcutter is intermittent. it isn't where i want it to be but it's there.. my cork swipe is loads better though :tongue:
