Probably some meniscus issue. Get it checked out asap.

i had something strange with my right knee and i did stretches for my quadriceps and hamstrings and it fixed it also, i just think its a difference in felexebility (except mine wa sin the right leg which is strange considering i use dmy right leg more often for kicks etc, well at first anyway)

Be more specific about what part of your knee hurts.
Weard all this stuff... I think your right ... it must be the Flexebility

Saying your knee hurts could mean anything. Like hamstring flexability like you said seemed to work when you improved it. But it could also be:
Meniscus tears (medial or lateral)
MCL sprain
ACL Sprain
PCL Sprain
Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS)
Patella tendinopathy (tendinitis or tendinosis)
ITB friction Syndrome
Patella Instability...
...and about a gzillion other things. Either be specific or go get it seen.
Wow dude you seem to know allot about these things ... Ok i am going to a doctor soon....... I know that for sure right now..!

The flexibility (lol actual proper use of the term since we're discussing flexion) of your right knee is limited.
The test you are talking about, is it like a standing leg curl (the hip remains extended, knee is down) or is it like a knee raise (hip is flexed along with knee, so you flex the joints together and the knee points forward/up)? Do whatever one you're not and compare the two, it might give you some ideas. Your doctor might have you do something like that too, and he could draw conclucsions from it along with other tests.
or is it like a knee raise (hip is flexed along with knee, so you flex the joints together and the knee points forward/up)?
Yea that is it!!!! :juji:
I Got the same problem, i was worried it was a torn meniscus or similar but recently I've just been conditioning and it hasn't bothered me at all so no need to get it checked out, But if u can still feel pain get it checked out asap....

So what happens when you do a standing leg curl, which has more RoM? More pain?

This was happening me since i started stretching...2 months before that dissapeared, i dont think its a problem of stretch, but maybe u have ur legs pretty forgotten. Make them work man

I have this problem too. I landed on my knee after a failed cork attempt some months ago. I still cant bend it as much as my right knee, but its getting better.
