alright so i got a pretty nice roundoff now i get a pretty nice bounce from it now what is easier to do if you got a nice roundoff a standing back or a r/o back i know how to do a r/o back and i can manage to land on my knees on a standing so i really dont know if i should try a r/o back but people say it is easier

r/o back is easier. If you're already landing on your knees just keep trying until you get it. Do you have a fear of doing a standing back? Or is that gone after doing r/o backs? I think you should just go for what ever is more convenient for you at the time. Both will come pretty easy :) You'll get 'em soon bro

ok i have never done a r/o back i have no fear of them or standings but i cant seem to land standings good *on my knees* so i wanted to try a r/o back because people say it adds more rotation and more height so would i be ok to try one? landing on my knees on normal backs

Your avoiding the problem. Learn it standing.

I am the same opinion. You should learn the right technique first.
