ok i need help with both those moves, i can do them but they are horribly flawed >_> ok with corks, my legs arnt straight and i tend to either spin very low and fast or high n slow =/ rarely in between, i have a video from when i first started trying them and i cant land them anywhere near as well as i could in the vid atm =/ so if you have any tips for the ones in the vid then that would be great, i think its more to do with confidence right now more than anything (had to stop training for a couple of weeks due to a knee injury -____-)

ok, as far as standing back fulls go, erm i can do them, i can land them fully standing....but i travel about 2-4foot sideways when i do them on flat O_o its something to do with my hips i think, but i always travel the opposite way i spin (counter clockwise) so if you have any tips for them that would be greatly appreciated ^_^ if you want a vid i can sort something out when i wake up tommorow
