tips for roundoff?

anyone got some tips for making a roundoff more smooth and go more high i already get a pretty nice bounce but i want to improve it

- Pushing more

- Longer and faster Roundoff's

- Less/more run depending on what your floor is (grass or concreate or plyo)

- Do some cartwheels before hand.

- All else fails, ask a gymnest.

Yeah, do it on trampoline floor. Then it'll look way better than it does in your vid- oh.
