Hey guys Chris here haven't been on for a while still working on that tornado kick until i get a 540. I know i should be focusing on one trick at a time, but i was just wondering should i do the aerial first or a no handed handspring. Sorry don't know what its called untuck front flip? a little bad with my terminology. oh if someone could just answer this quick question is the only difference between no handed handspring and a handspring the amount of energy put into the jump?

You seem to be talking about a front layout [a frontflip where your body is straight like a board--no tucking]. A no handed handspring is a contradiction from the beginning (in other words, a flip). It doesn't matter if you learn flips or aerials first, though the latter is far less scary to learn in the beginning.

If you would like a front layout, a basic front flip should be learnt first, if you havent already...

def learn a front tuck fefore you try to layout, its way easier.

If you don't spring off your hands, it's not a handspring. I know that's a difficult concept to grasp, but bare with me.

What you're describing is a front layout, which actually is an insanely hard move that almost no one can do. You're better off trying a front tuck, webster or loser first.

Well spot, I think so, haha.
As u raise one leg at a time in a front handspring, and land with both leg at the same time. From this understanding, he should be talking about webster.

(this come across me right after I've read poliver's post above, ya, I thought ChrisT was talking about front layout while reading the posts, I am really a loser~ LOL)
