Ive started getting much more flexible, for doing axe kicks and crescants etc. I dont get the crunchy hip syndrome (lol) anymore. But Ive got a question about muscles. Cos on each leg, just above the knee, when i put my leg out straight, theres like some kind of slack in the muscle and it seems to curl up down there for some reason. And when I tense my calf muscles it disappears up my leg. Its not painful, it just looks weird. Anyone know if this is normal or if I`m just odd. lol.

Are you talking about the cartilage right over the knee cap?
It is movable, when you contract your quad, it moves up.(don't know if it is normal, it's just my experience)

You have a rare, deadly disease. Amputate that shit.

I don't think that's muscle. It's probably just loose skin or similar. Nothing to worry about.
