no its not. there's still a few problems with it, getting height.

all honestly just lift your chest and maybe speed up the rotation a little bit and you won't need any more height you have a comfortable height right now, your gonna wanna swing through eventually i'm assuming so just speed up the kick, its all ready inverted:good:, lift your chest at the end so a swing through is even possible and by speeding it up its so you land sooner and have time to initiate the swing through before you have even landed.
