When learning/doing S-Twist, Do I want to tuck my none locked leg, or just leave it be?

Leave it be its meant to give you height like a b-twist or illusion twist would.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
Edit: its Probaly preference to be honest.

When the kick is locked out upwards, your trail leg should also be straight. So like a right angle kinda. As you land, tuck in the trail leg :good:

Yeah you can bend it if you want...but its a different kind of bend.
think of the kind of bend you get in your leg before you swing thru into a gainer / chamber for a twistround...its kinda like that hahah. also the bend should happen as the kick comes over...it will make the kick look that much wider / powerful / whippy.

Like I said, remember not to bend it until the kick comes over the top though. You still need to throw it way up and straight-ish before the twist.

Like I said, remember not to bend it until the kick comes over the top though. You still need to throw it way up and straight-ish before the twist.
