I tried Backflips again today and I did them yay!:juji: I don't really need tips on my backflip cuz i know what am I doing wrong (anyway tips are still welcome:smile:). Now i need some tips on my Roundoff Backflip (how to get them higher etc.) please.

Bactucks are amazing easy to do. Today I couldn't do a frontflip, cuz I felt sick with like no power in legs, but I still could do a BACTUCK with almost no problems:shocked::shocked:

On the Back Flip dont dip down as much and bend over. Its a bad habbit to brake Trust me.

The same problem you have on you standing Backflips also occurs on your Roundoff Backflips. Try to jump more up instead of back and don't whip it over. And blocking a little bit more on your Roundoffs wouldn't hurt neither.

Beside of that, congrats on your backflip :wink:
