Which Basic move do you think is the hardest out of these 7 listed by Juji?

And REASON?

1) Tornado Kick
2) 360 Kick
3) Aerial
4) 540 Kick
5) Back Tuck
6) Butterfly Twist
7) Double Leg

Btwist, it's def. the most confusing/technical outta the basics. Followed by 540's.

Why do you have tornado kick and 540 haha Tornado can't be harder then 540 haha

Butterfly Twist > 540 > Double Leg > Aerial > 360 > Back Tuck > Tornado

Those are ranked in order of difficulty to do very well.

This all depends on the person...for me.
540 - aerial - doubleleg - btuck - btwist are all about equal in difficulty. Meaning I dont feel I could ever possibly lose any of them haha.
The trick that takes the most conditioning to perform well out of all of them is a 540 of course...keep in mind that 80% of tricksters dont have crazy 540s though...
but damn, it sure is awesome when someone can do a really good 540 though...

I regret ever learning bkicks. Goddam they screw up trying to btwist. :ogre:
My vote would either be btwist or doubleleg. Doubleleg just feels unnatural to me.

I still can't Aerial haha, but that's mostly because I'm not into aerial tricks right now, I'm focusing more on gainer variations atm.

As for the difficulty

Aerial -> Double Leg -> 540 -> Btuck, for me

Yes Aerial is definitely the hardest one. It still hasn't clicked for me yet.

A philosophical solution:

For people who are afraid of the black unman with the negative smile: Back Tuck

For droopy people who cannot stay tight and who do not follow nature's law of movement: Doubleleg

For people who deserve a Hyper Cheat 900 Double in their ass: 540

For people who deserve a twisted penis: B-Twist

For people with no air and empty lungs: Aerial

For people who are rotating in circles all their life without changing and developping position: 360

For wind-farting massavakkas: Tornado

... is the hardest.

But never forget:

doublelegs are pretty hard too imo, but i can't really say that since i don't do them much

Btwists took me a hell of a time to get consistent: I really hated the move at some point. Second would be double legs, it was very akward to learn. After a while you get used to everything though

I'd say a b-twist is probably the most difficult basic trick to get, just because of all technical proficiency required to throw one. It definitely has the most complicated set-up of any of the basics.

The moves that scare people the most though are back tuck and double-legs because of the mental aspect.

I would say doublee leg, but thats probably just because i neve used to practice them much.

Hardest to learn or hardest to do? Very different questions...

To Learn: Tornado Kick, Backtuck, 540, Aerial, B-twist, Double Leg

To Do: Tornado Kick, Aerial, 540, Backtuck, B-twist, Double Leg

but this is bias since I have troubles with b-twist and I still haven't done a double leg x______x >.<;;

Aerial>540>btwist>doubleleg>backflip>tornado kick>360 kick.

It took me forever to not put my hands down for aerials. For 540s, you need alot of leg speed and explosive power to be generated from the kicking leg.

Btwists are confusing and hard to get your legs straight which makes the move spin easier. But since our natural instinct is to crunch up when horizontally in the air, it takes a lot of practising.

Double legs feel like sluggish side flips when first learning and it also takes drilling and core conditioning.

You need balls to attempt backflips and a relatively strong core.

All tornado kicks need is practise, conditioning and flexibility

360 kicks are really easy but they only look good if you're conditioned.

i think btwist is hardest to "learn" and maybe to "perfect" also. but once you get the hang of it not so much.

Why do you have tornado kick and 540 haha Tornado can't be harder then 540 haha

i actually find it really hard to do a tornado kick i think looks nice haha. i'm not even joking. i just don't like the look of mine. :agony: when done really well they can look awesome. eg KJER i think does sick ones.

but yeah i think a 10/10 540 is harder than a 10/10 tornado. if that makes sense haha

I would have to go with double leg. For trying them anyway, a lot of people have trouble getting the feel for how to do them.

But I would have to say either 540 or 360 kick, or B-Twist for looks. Then the aerials, backflip fall into both.

JKT
Nov-23-07, 10:01 AM
Easiest first

To learn: Tornado kick, 360 kick, back tuck, aerial, B-twist, double leg

To do: Tornado kick, aerial, b-twist, double leg, back tuck, 360 kick (with striaght legs)

F1R3S70RM
Nov-23-07, 10:42 AM
Kinda Difficult for me cause for me I seem to get a move out of nowhere without really practicing them. What I mean is I'll normally try it, have no luck... months later try it again and it sorta just works...

That being said I think the hardest one for me to learn is Either B-Twist or 540.
Last night I tried a b-twist and my friend said I landed it, but it felt really weird and up until yesterday I've been always crashing them.

540 was like my first trick I learned, but they are still mad Fugly and I often seem to injure my legs doing them...

Nov-23-07, 01:50 PM
FUCKIN DLEGS MAN

>_<

I got 540, aerial, back tuck, all within a day or two of really putting forth effort to learn it...

But double legs are so awkward for me. . .

At first I got them as more of a "punched" side flip thatwas piked pretty well (was actually pretty decent I think) . But I hate punched dlegs and am workin on torqued dlegs still . . . I model my dlegs after Haime because they're sexy as shit, and he can dleg twist using just as much air time as his dlegs. . . It's unfair!!!!!

Also I want my dlegs to be somewhat as "flowy" as mcjizzle's. (Jizzie wtf is your real name lol)

I would say either Doubleleg or Aerial...they are the only tricks in the list that I would mess up on if I was doing some ridiculous combo. The other tricks I'm pretty much gonna nail no matter the circumstances.

Double Leg -
I've lacked power all my life and landed on my face once when I bailed a double leg, so there are a lot of obstacles for this one.

Butterfly twist -
This move is just extremely inconsistent for me; my b-twist used to be huge, but now I can't seem to get any height out of it.

Back tuck -
I actually don't go backwards enough on this move. Where everyone else is being told they need to go up instead of back, I'm being told to stop going forward.

Aerial -
It took me a while to master this trick, but once I understood it, it was easy as hell. On both sides.

540 -
I learned a tornado kick when I was 8. A 540 just meant I had to drill.

rwm
Nov-23-07, 10:24 PM
BACKTUCK-easy when i got over the fear because i get a lot of height(however i have had to relearn them a couple of times)

AERIAL-can't do them and tend to tuck and do a webster/sideflip thing.

DOUBLELEG-can't keep my legs together and they flail out and i freeze and crash.

BTWIST-stuck in the habit of bkicks and fail to tuck in and don't twist.

540-quite easy to learn but harder to get high and clean

TORNADO KICK-very easy, learnt it in about 10mins before i knew what tricking was. Took awhile to get nice and clean.

POP 360-very easy. Enough said.

Arggh! Frustrated at not being close to aerials, dlegs or btwists.

Oh no that's fine. I'm not upset at all. All I meant was we should literally make a baby. I have the spare parts in my garage. Just some glue and elbow grease and we will have it shitting its diaper in a few hours.

i think the point of a bkick is to used to getting horizontal, without it its probably harder to get the correct degree for a btwist.
