ho ho ho...for those of you who can do this move properly post your awesome sideswipes. i'm not too sure if mine is right but any feedback would be cool.

It's a sideswipe alright=) But its not so heigh and the kick stops in the middle it goes like geeeee geeha. More height and more relaxed speed is what I think you need otherwise its sweet!

Nice sideswipe. I can't do proper sideswipes, so I don't know if this is helpful - But it seems that you get almost no height at all, and just throw yourself into the kick. And you travel quite a lot too. Try to jump straight up instead.

The reason your not getting you height is because your not dipping your head down. What you must do is dip you head down low like a Raiz and swing that back leg over behind your kicking leg just like the Raiz and in the middle of the Raiz, switch your legs and kick out and your Raiz becomes a Sideswipe.
Oh and its alot easyer and faster if you do a spinning wheel kick to set it up.

yea i second the notion yet again.

sideswipe is such a cool move if you can do it properly and by that i mean get that right amount of hangtime to make you bring that kicking leg right over and land in the same position you started in. once you can do them great you do a swipe at the end and it just looks fucking amazing. like stever terada. as much of a fucking asshole he is he can do some amazing sideswipe knife or w.e its called.
