First of all, ignore AjStyles's post .
Second thing...that was a [B]Raiz attempt [not a "Low Raiz"/Reverse Raiz].
Tips for Raiz...
Alright, here's the advice...as you're stepping in with your right foot [just before you completely put expose your back to the target], you should drop your chest downwards to about hip-level or lower.
If you do this correctly, by the time you kick your back leg up [your left leg]...you're chest should be facing the ground somewhat. As your kicking leg raises up higher, you launch off of your base foot [your right foot] pushing your hips outwards. While in the air, turn over in the direction the kick is following. It should feel like you're rolling over the top of a ball.
If you look at the vid you posted...you can see that when you pull your "cheat leg" [left leg] up, your chest is upwards and pointing at the sky before you jump. This is incorrect, the upperbody should sweep towards the floor before you jump...and sweep below the hips after you jump.
Keep at it bro...though it wasn't a Raiz, you're making a common mistake that most people make just before they learn to Raiz

Think of your raiz take-off as a pendulum. As your cheat take-off leg goes up, your shoulders go back. Some people even arch their back for this trick when they start learning it.
But yeah, open up your chest, let the shoulders go back and that take-off leg to go almost straight up.
Go have fun getting your raiz! =]

Actually the shoulders should never drop during or after the takeoff, as this results in a low landing, especially with a low chest.
Arching in the back is almost required for a Raiz of any level of quality.
Sessh's advice is pretty good, and is close to what I'm about to say:
Lead the trick with your kicking leg, not with your chest.

I disagree with this with regards the low raiz.
With a low raiz, you can keep your back straight and it'll be perfect :good:
however, with regular raizes its all about the arch.

This is true. Almost.
But not arching makes your chest land low BOOOO. CrazyAsian style for the win. CrazyAsian has a heavy arch and lands standing almost basically straight up even on the most inverted of Raizes.

you dont need to be able to gumbi on either side to raiz.

I have spotted two of my biggest fucking problems with my raiz now.. I guess you've allready spotted it.. but ive come to realize it now. I have read all your advice and i think i got the technique in my head! But when im about to actually perfom it it turns out like this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wg1Bej6VLkI
Now, i realize that those two problems are my cheat leg and my chest.. Hate it! BUT its fun to, because i WILL fix it! Just want to know that this IS my main problems.
Allso, i dont kick my cheat leg!!! It just hangs there =| and my chest doesn't face the ground at any time.. I do NOT roll over that ball, and it seems like i dont get any hang time..
But if i fix those problems, would i be able to do it correctly then?
Peace!
