Well i tried a few more b-twists today but i'm kind of stuck i can't seem to get any further then this... please help!

Use you're leg to get more height. So rearly bring it up high and hard.

Also, tourque you're arms a lot more and rearly twist you're upper body. Remember the twist is all in the upper body. Also, you're body follows you're head, so try and look over you're shoulder.

You just stick your arms to ur body. Use them to lift as crazy, jump higher (i know its easy to say but hard to do, so practise) and well, just try to get more lift with the practise

Hah, seems like you are placing your arms on your thighs just before the jump. Make proper use of your arms then post another video.

Can you bkick? You hardly use your upper body at all for height.

Dip like U-shape, use more Energy. You twist looks so weak.

Ummmm, none of you noticed his take-off? Seriously?

Should be a two step take off, not just jumping around into the take-off. Reach out with your "jumping" leg more. WORK ON YOUR BKICK. You wanna basically do a HIGH ASS bkick and twist at the top or on your way up. Butterfly techniques are all about finding that momentum stuff that we love SOOOOO much and MOVING IT UP! Then you turn that energy into torque and... ick. Just work on your bkick and twist after a PROPER take-off.

man i been trying in my garden using my arms like all of you said really aint happening at the moment.. but thanks for the help all i'll try agein tomoz..

listen to subtle_sorrow, hes a pro at btwisting and bkicking.
Btw use your arms to swing ur self, put the right leg up like when you do a bkick and jump and then twist.
I still dont know it but im working on it

Exactly. Perfecting the bkick will only help you.

And definitely drill that setup with better arm/torso movement. In fact, start there - don't even jump or takeoff. Then move to the bkick. Then go back to teh twist.

1. I'm not an ass clown and 2. david M and kristo your both right i improved my set up and my b kick and im geting tonnesssss more momentum there so much better thanks for the advice i'll be trying b twists agein when its not wet.

I say dip more dude, I don't know how to do one, but I can get a good bkick and dipping gives a lotttt of momentum

all i can say is man, what helped me with everything, was going back to the basics.

i thought i was a rebel because i landed a cork before i could gainer, that only lasted 1 day, then i learned gainer properly now i can cork anytime, just an example of how pre-req's help. be sure to refer to this method of learning( its very common )

You got it; just DIP, TORQUE, and RAISE THE LEG more. ^_~
