i can do a standing hyper hook (read description on youtube) need to work a bit on them though, my b-twist fuck by the way something like this
i use a set- up when i want to do a s/t
i do a standing when i want to hyper hook or hyper twist
i do a running when i want to double b-twist
when i use a set-up for a double i fall on my ass or just do a single b-twist, but it is possible to learn a double b-twist without a set up, LOOK:
