I suppose it's because it's hard to develop the muscles that would make an awesome Btwist at that age. haha well truth be told.. on an olympic level, we'd get owned EASILY lol. those guys are soooo damn quick off the line than any martial arts tricker i know of. we do point spar from time to time. its good fun and good for cardio too. the only formal martial arts training we do is when we drill basic kicks and sport karate hands which we started doing a couple weeks back again.
